Language counts are the maximum you can add per site — new sites start in the single language you choose, and you add translations when you want them.

Billing terms

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Adding a payment method does not create a subscription. To confirm the card is valid we place a small temporary verification hold and release it immediately — your card is never charged, though your bank may take a few days to clear the hold from your statement. Bonus credits are granted immediately and can be claimed once per account and once per payment card.
You are charged only when you choose to subscribe. The first payment is taken immediately at checkout, and the subscription then renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
Cancel anytime from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for — you keep access until then, and no further charge is made.
Paid features and subscription credits are made available in your account immediately after successful payment. PolyDraft is a digital service; no physical goods are shipped, so returns and exchanges do not apply.
Refunds: email [email protected] within 14 days of a charge. We give you a decision within 5 business days and submit approved refunds to Stripe within a further 5 business days; your bank then typically posts it within 5–10 business days. Refunds always go back to the original payment method.
